जब हम ज़िंदगी में हर पल को नया महसूस करना शुरू कर देतें हैं तो इस का मतलब सिर्फ यही है कि हम वर्तमान में जीन लग गए।
इस को हम ऐसे भी कह सकतें हैं कि अब हम ज़िंदगी के प्रति ज़्यादा चुकन्ने होते जा रहें हैं।
या ऐसे भी कह सकतें हैं कि हम ने ज़िंदगी को अब ओर भी गहरे से देखना शुरू कर दिया है।
हर इंसान के लिए ज़िंदगी का हर पल ही नहीं ,हर हिस्सा भी नया होगा। हर इंसान को ऐसे लगेगा कि जैसे आज तक इस हिस्से पर किसी की नज़र नहीं गई। अनछुहा, नया, ताज़ा ; जैसे आज पहली बार उस ने ही देखा है।
जैसे ज़िंदगी अपने आप ने रहस्य-मई घटना है, वैसे ही जब हम ध्यान से देखेंगे तो जानेंगे कि ज़िंदगी की हर चीज़ ही रह्सयमई है।
आज फिर मेरे आगे मौत है। कभी ख़्याल बन कर आती है- कभी भावना बन कर आती है और कभी सबक बन कर, और कभी साथी बन कर।
आज मौत ने एक और झरोखे में से मौत ने अपना एक रूप ओर दिखाया। जितनी भी ब्रह्माण्ड की चीज़ है - कोई भी हो , वो अपनी मौत साथ ही ले के चलती है। कैसे मरना है ? जैसे हमारे ब्लड की किस्म होती है , वैसे ही मौत की होती है ?
जैसे अब हम ने देखना हो कि मौत कैसे होगी ?
आज के वक़्त में ही नहीं पुराने वक़्त में मौत ज़्यादा बिमारी से होती है। क्योंकि हमारे कीटाणु में रोगों का मिश्रण है।
कहावत सुनी है न, कि जब गीदड़ की मौत आती है तो वो सहर की ओर दौडता है।
आप ने देखा भी होगा कि जब मकड़ी जाल बनाती है, तो आखिर में मकड़ी ही जाल में फस जाती है।
आप ने सिल्क के कीड़े को भी देखा होगा कि कैसे ज़ुबान से लार टपकाता है, और उस लार को ही अपने जिस्म के चारों तरफ़ लिपटना शुरू कर देता है। आखिर में कैसे दम घुटने से मर जाता है।
हम ने यह भी सुना है कि जब कीड़ी के पंख निकल आतें हैं तो वो मरती ही है।
एक हम ने और भी कहावत सुनी है कि हंकार व्यक्ति को मार देता है।
जब भी कोई बुरी संगत में पड़ जाता है तो हमारे में सदा यह ख्याल आया ही है कि ' अब यह गया '.
क्यों?
क्योंकि हम ने उस के रास्ते को देख कर मंज़िल का पता लगा लिया। गोली से नहीं मरेगा तो जेल में ज़रूर जाएगा। हम यह सब कैसे कह देतें हैं ?
दहली देख कर घर का पता चल जाता है, कैसे ?
अगर हम सब में इतनी को समझ है तो उस व्यक्ति में कितनी होगी, जिस की ताल ब्रह्माण्ड के साथ एक हो चुक्की है। हम सब ऋषि-मुनि कहतें हैं।
हमारी अक्ल १० गज़ तक देख सकती है तो तब हमारे हंकार की सीमा लाखों गज़ हो जाती है। फिर हम वैसे व्यक्ति पर कभी भरोसा ही नहीं करते, क्योंकि हमारी नज़र में हम से बेहतर ओर कोई है ही नहीं।
अब मेरे को मौत अपनी वो एनर्जी दिखा रही है, जिस से हम यह जान सकतें हैं कि इस व्यक्ति की मौत अब नज़दीक है। हम सब को यह तो पता है कि अब कोई पैदा होने वाला है ,पर यह नहीं पता कि अब यह मरने वाला है।
कुदरती प्रकिर्या को हम सब जानतें हैं कि बुढ़ापा मौत की देहलीज़ के पास है - कोई जवान मरता है या बच्चा, क्या उस का पता चलता है ? मैंने पहले कुछ कहावतों की उदाहरण दी है, जिन को सब जानतें हैं। वैसे ही हम जानतें हैं कि इस औरत के अब बेबी होगा - वैसे ही अच्छे विद्वान् जानतें हैं कि मौत की एनर्जी कैसी होती है ?
हम सब रोज़ाना की ज़िंदगी में वापर रही घटना को जानते हैं पर हम को अभी तक यह नहीं पता कि घटना पैदा कैसे होती है ?
मेरी मौत भी उस वक़्त पैदा हुये थी, जब मेरा जीवन पैदा हुआ था। हम सब बहुत अंधें हैं। हम सब को तो यह भी पता नहीं चलता कि जब एक बच्चा पैदा होता है, उस वक़्त एक माँ भी पैदा होती है। हम सब बच्चे के बारे में पूछतें हैं, क्या कभी माँ को पूछा, माँ को देखा। एक माँ भी पैदा हुई है। क्या उस माँ की ओर ध्यान गया ?
नहीं गया।
किसी ने बेटी को देखा, किसी ने बीवी को, पर किसी ने एक माँ का जन्म नहीं देखा। अगर यह माँ का जन्म भी देख लिया होता तो समाज का रंग ओर भी गहरा और सूंदर होता। जब हम अपनी सब से बड़ी घटना को नहीं देख सके, तो हम मौत जैसी गहरी घटना को कब समझने के काबिल बनेगें ?
मैं किसी के घर में जा रही हूँ , अचानक रुक गई। और मैं पॉज हो गई। मेरी आँख की मेरी लिफ्ट साइड में से एनर्जी का बहा आया। माहौल बदल गया, मेरा डायमेंशन बदल गया। मैं किसी ओर एनर्जी में पुहंच गई। सीफ़ी से गिरते एक जिस्म को देखा और उस को आग भी लगी हुई थी। मौत की एनर्जी से मेरा परिचै हुए कि कैसे माहौल में एक ऐसी एनर्जी आ जाती है और उस एनर्जी का अनुभव कैसा होता है ? पॉज से बाहर आई।
अब मैंने उस व्यक्ति को देखना था, यह भी देखना है कि वो मौत की एनर्जी से कैसे घिरा हुआ है और मेरे को कैसे अनुभव होता है ?
जिन्दा व्यक्ति ,जो ३ हफ़्ते के बाद मर जाएगा, उस में आज मौत की एनर्जी कैसी है , यह समझ देने केलिए मौत मेरे को निशानी दिखाती जाती है , समझती जाती है ,और मैं उस व्यक्ति से सवाल पूछती जाती हूँ।
तीन किस्म की एनर्जी होती है
एक पॉजिटिव
दो नेगेटिव
तीन कोई भी एनर्जी नहीं , ना ही नकारत्मिक और ना ही सकारत्मिक। ऊर्जा के वग़ैर मंडल होता है। जैसे हम ने देखा है कि पानी का बहा जब किसी नाली में जा के गिरता है तो गोल गोल घूम कर नाली में जाता है। वैसे ही मौत की ऊर्जा का बहा घूमता है। हम थोड़े से भी ध्यान से देखेंगे तो ३ हफ़्ते पहले मरने वाले व्यक्ति को आसानी से पहचान लेंगे
मौत की ऊर्जा में कोई भी पॉजिटिव और नेगेटिव एहसास नहीं होता, हम को ऐसे लगता है कि जैसे हम किसी चीज़ में गिर रहे हैं। गिरते वक़्त जैसे हम ऊर्जा के वग़ैर हो जातें हैं वैसे ही मौत की ऊर्जा में होता है कि बस गिरते ही चले जातें हैं। यह गिरना तब ख़त्म होता है जब हम को हमारा अगला स्टेप मिल जाता है।
आत्मिक ऊर्जे में हम असीम और विराट होते जातें हैं। जैसे तमाम ब्रह्माण्ड हमारे पेट में आ गया।
मेरे प्यारे दोस्तों, ज़िंदगी का हर जीव बहुत ही अनमोल घटना है, और हमारा हर नाता ही नहीं , हर सोच विचार भी एक ब्रह्माण्ड है। चलो हम सब मिल कर इस तमाम ब्रह्मण्ड के अच्छे जीव बन कर पूरे ब्रह्माण्ड की यात्रा करें। तब ही हम जानेगे कि हम सब की क्या हैसियत है ?
