My deepest hunger and thirst remained only of eternal life and how I understood life from solid to liquid and how emptiness explained to me that laughter and wave are the same thing.
Sometimes I am so surprised at myself that I have such a hunger to get God, to know, to understand and to be absorbed! How does the memory of God erase me, how do I forget everything, and how am I losing even step by step? How is this journey, and how is it intended? At all times, I am struggling in a state of a strange spirit. No tiredness, no texture, just the way I look, it seems that there is a secret in every place, which will reveal itself to me.

When my eyes stopped at one place, I laughed - I don't know why - nothing ever happens due to no reason.

We awaken to the point of consciousness, which was related to that particle of the universe, both of which have a positive relationship, the reaction of that reconciliation is my laughter - like a wave of hot-cold air. मेरी गहरी भूख और प्यास सिर्फ शाश्वत जीवन की ही रही और मैं कैसे ठोस से तरल होते जीवन को समझा और खालीपन ने कैसे मेरे को समझाया कि हंसी और लहर एक ही चीज़ है।
मैं कभी कभी खुद पर इतनी हैरान होती हूँ कि मेरे को खुदा को पाने की, जानने की, समझने की और लीन हो जाने की कितनी भूख है ! खुदा की याद मेरे को कैसे अलोप कर देती है, कैसे मैं सब कुछ भूल जाती हूँ, और कैसे मैं कदम कदम पर हारी हुई भी जीत रही हूँ ? यह कैसे यात्रा है, और कैसा इस का मक़सद है ? हर वक़्त अजीबो -गरीब रूह की स्थिति में संघर्ष-रत रहती हूँ। कोई थकावट नहीं, कोई बनावट नहीं बस जिस तरफ भी नज़र घुमाती हूँ ऐसे लगता है कि हर जगह में एक राज़ है, जो खुद को मेरे आगे प्रगट कर देगा।
क्या उस पल को कभी देखा है ,जब मुस्कान का जन्म ही होता है ?
यह जो अनजानी हंसी आई, क्यों आई ,जिस से मैं भी बे-खबर थी, पर आई -यह मैं जानती हूँ,?
हंसी है क्या ?
कभी इस के बारे में सोचा क्या ?
जब मेरी नज़र एक जगह पर रुकी, तो हंसी आ गई -कारण नहीं पता - बिन कारण से कभी कुछ होता ही नहीं , तो ?
लाइट पहले पहुंच जाती है , आवाज़ बाद में आती है। आई कुछ समझ ?
रिएक्शन पहले होता है, समझ बाद में आती है।
हमारा चेतन-रूप का वो बिंदु जाग गया, जिस का संबंध ब्रह्माण्ड के उस कण के साथ था, दोनों की पॉजिटिव रिश्तेदारी है, उस मिलाप का रिएक्शन मेरी वो हंसी है - जैसे गर्म-सर्द हवा के टकरा से लहर उठती है। गर्म हवा, ठंडी हवा का मिलाप, जिस से लहर पैदा हुई। समुन्दर जिस्म है। जिस में पानी, ज़मीन सब है। वैसे ही हंसी पैदा हुई। वैसे ही व्यक्तिगत अहसास की सांझ, उस की असली जड़ के साथ।मतलब कि ब्रह्मण्ड के साथ एकभाव की अवस्था। सिर्फ एक उस अहसास की, एक उस सोच की , एक उस भावना की, जो मेरे में पैदा हुई, उस का असली अस्तित्व ब्रह्मण्ड में कहाँ है। उस के साथ मेरी सोच और भावना का एनकाउंटर हो गया।
दो बादलों का मिलाप बिजली और आवाज़ पैदा करता है, वैसे ही दो चीज़ों का टकरा कुछ तो पैदा करेगा ही -यह है यूनिवर्स लॉ या कहो कि यह है हुकम।
भूख बहुत बड़ी और बहुत ही गहरी है। ज़िंदगी आपने आप में ही भूख भी है , खाना भी है और हाज़मा भी है। भूख लगी है मतलब कि food है।
मेरी यह जीवनी मेरी सोच का सिर्फ एक एपिसोड है, जिस ने अभी पता नहीं कितने सालों तक पूरा होना है। इतना पता है कि मौत मेरी जीवनी के पेज को पलटेगा।
ठोस से ले के आसमान जैसे खालीपन को समझना

ठोस से ले के ऊर्जा तक के रूप में समा जाना।
मैं क्या करूं मेरी भूख ही बहुत बड़ी है।
कौन सा मैंने पंजाब से दिल्ली जाना है? या कैलिफ़ोर्निया से फ्रांस जाना है ?
ठोस से ठोस तक की यात्रा का हिसाब-किताब कुछ ओर है।
ऊर्जा का ठोस बनना , बहुत युग बीत जातें हैं , तब बनता है। पर हम को एक बात समझ में आ गई तो सब आसान है। अगर हम ने खुद को तरल होते देख लिया तो तमाम ऊर्जा का हम को एक राज़ और एक गुण समझ में आ गया।
ठोस को पाने के लिए ठोस ही होना पड़ेगा
तरल को समझने के लिए तरल ही होना पड़ेगा
ऊर्जा को जीने के लिए ऊर्जा ही बन जाना पड़ेगा
कैसे ?

क्या हम सब इन दोनों में कोई एक सी पहचान अनुभव कर सकतें हैं ?

क्या हम इन को एक ही मान सकतें हैं ?
आज मेरे में वो नज़र आ रही है, जिस के यह सब रूप-रंग आकार हैं। वो बारीक़ सा धागा जिस ने हम सब को एक में बांधा हुआ है। वो धागा जो न ही रौशनी है और ना ही भावना है।
रौशनी और भावना
जब आप को कभी किसी ने भी बहुत प्यार से देखा तो आप के जिस्म को एक झटका सा लगा था , यह झटका क्या है
और नज़र के साथ झटके का क्या संबंध है ?
यह देखना झटका कैसे बन गया , कभी सोचा ?
बिजली से लगा झटका
भावना से भी लगा झटका
इन दोनों में कोई फर्क लगा ?
जब हमारे प्यारे ने हम को देखा
वो देखने में उस ने हमारी और क्या फेंका कि हम को झटका लगा ?
यह ऊर्जा थी।
या ऐसा सोचो कि हमारे जिस्म में ऊर्जा का लेवल कम् था , प्यार से देखा जब तो कमी पूरी होगी, जिस्म एक मिनट झेल नहीं स्का, वो ऊर्जा को बैलेंस करने लगा तो झटका सा आया, हमारी ऊर्जा का लेवल सही हो गया
सवाल अब यह है कि आँखों से तो हम रोज़ देखतें हैं, तो जब प्यार से देखा तो यह ऊर्जा हम को मिली मतलब कि प्यार एक एनर्जी है।
क्रोध भी एक एनर्जी है।

बिजली भी एक एनर्जी है
लहरें भी एक एनर्जी है
हंसी भी एक एनर्जी है
एनर्जी के अलग अलग रूप और अलग अलग लेवल
इस ऊर्जा- लेवल को समझने केलिए मुझ को ऊर्जा ही बन जाना पड़ेगा।

होश में रहना
मुझ को होश ही बन जाना पड़ेगा।
होश कैसे बनू ?
ध्यान रख कर हर कर्मा को ध्यान से करना
अगर मेरी उमंग शाश्वत जीवनी की है तो मुझे मरने से पहले ही अपनी इस शाश्वत जीवनी को मिलना पड़ेगा, क्योंकि अगर मेरा मरना भी शाशवत लेवल में से ही निकल कर जाएगा तो मेरा मरना भी शाशवत हो गया। शास्वत जीवन के लिए ज़िंदगी के हर हिस्से को शास्वत से ही पहले देखना पड़ेगा।
तब मैं जो मैं हूँ , मैं शास्वत मैं हो गई। अब मैंने अपने ५ एलिमेंट जिस्म की पोशाक को समझ लिया, जान लिया, मान लिया।
