When I wake up early and go for a walk early  enough to see the sunrise,  if I keep still and watch for a few minutes  I can actually enter in the moment of this movement.  In all my experience,  I become just Energetic aware that I am here,  standing at this special moment on the surface of this special spot;  and  this spot is going, going for away toward the stars  but very close to me,  then  galaxy, more stars,  more wonderful  - unique and amazing colors  then more universe, more and more billions miles away,  like before Jesus- before birth of this planet,  but close, more close, In me -  in myself.  And  this very moment experiencing the whole universe along with me,  in me  while I feel I am infinite  and  I am beyond the universe

Fasting means abstaining from; it is abstinence.  The place of overcoming is in the consciousness of person.  The forty-day fast is an all-round denial of sense demands.  In fasting, we as metaphysicians abstain from error thinking  and meditate on spiritual Truth until we incorporate it  into the consciousness of oneness  with the Wholeness [God]. Loneliness cannot create love, it creates need. Love is not a need.  Then, WHAT IS LOVE? Love is luxury. It comes out of aloneness, when we are tremendously alone and happy and joyous and celebrating, and great energy goes on storing in us. We don’t need anybody. In that moment the energy is so much, we would like it to be shared. Then we give, we give because we have so much, we give without asking anything in return  – THAT IS LOVE...

First time when water became an angle for me:  I went to talk a shower because my head felt heavy.  Hands together, closed eyes with tears, thankfulness in quiet body.  Then the warm water massaged my head, a voice form silence,  “Water how can I thank you?”  Blessing of water within me spoke,  “Beautiful water,  you end my thirst, you relax me,  oh dear by warming up, you gave me peace.  I can do anything for you,  please forgive me.”  wow...!

Oh, it feels so good. So fresh, so new.  Joy comes in gentle waves,  just as the breeze touches the petals of flowers.  It wells up from unseen depths.  It involves the entirety of me.  How sweet my heart feels;  full,  overflowing  with its own nectar...

The Cosmic Consciousness has made itself a Reflector to HUMAN beings...HUMAN beings reflect the powers that belong to the 'Absolute One'... ''ONENESS OF EXISTENCE''  The Universe is a whole, single being and a single Consciousness rules this single EXISTENCE... GOD is the Verity of the Universe ... To be objective means we must see what role our personality plays. It is this objective consciousness that can perceive the state of liberation, because it doesn't have any of the clinging attitudes or obscurations that block the perception. These factors are called factors of enlightenment not only because they will lead us to objectivity and liberation, but also because they are present in the state of liberation itself. WE are joyful, WE are kind, WE are energetic, WE are determined, WE're clear, WE're awake, WE're completely absorbed in our experience, WE're PEACEFUL !!! WOW---!!!

We never travel in space without time passing; In our universe,  nothing can exceed the speed of light in space.  And the slower you travel relative to the speed of light,  the faster time passes.  So for human beings,  time passes very quickly relative to light  because we move very slowly in space in comparison to light.  Thus the combination of speed  in space  and  in time  always equals the speed of light.
