What is the mind:
Here we take some time to look at the experience of mind more closely.
What is this mind?
We observe our experience to see what the nature of mind is.
In what form does it arise?
What is its shape, its color?
How tangible is it?
When we look deeply and try to pinpoint it,
we reach a level of experience
that is open, spacious and relaxed.
If a thought arises during this process,
we ask questions such as
“Where is this thought located?
Is it inside my body,
outside my body or somewhere in between?
How does it exist?”
This is not actual analysis;
rather it is resting in the nature of thought
through slight analysis.
