The resort within our-self

The resort within our-self
Knock!--- Knock! May I come into your world? I bring Healing Energy, and Silence to keep Fresh, Prayer to keep Healthy, And Love to keep Smiling

We are it (Zen)

1)----We are It
Nothing new. Nothing old. Nothing in between.
All things arise in consciousness.
Consciousness being that which is seeing the words on this page;
that which is hearing a faint ringing in the ears;
that which is feeling the weight of a body sitting in a chair;
the changeless knowing presence
that has been with us
our entire lives.

2)--- We are It
Consciousness is not new.
It was never born or just magically appeared.
Where would it come from?
Can a beginning to consciousness be found?
And if so, who would find it?

3)---We are It
Consciousness is not old.
Something that is changeless cannot age.
 If something has no beginning, where could it end?
And if an end could be found,
who or what would be there to find it?

4)---We are It
If consciousness has no beginning or end,
where or what is in between?

5)--- We are It
No beginning, no end, no in between.
Unending. Boundless.

6)--- We are It
Where is there room for two?

7)---We are It
There can only be one consciousness knowing itself
– knowing knowing knowing.
And, in the realm of concepts,
you, I, we, are this knowing presence.

8)--- We are It
Nowhere to go. Nowhere not to go.

Nowhere is Everywhere.

Changeless presence.

9)--- We are It
Nothing to do. Nothing not to do.

Nothing is Everything.

Changeless Being-ness.

10)---We are It
The changeless One

Radiates Peace, Love, and Happiness

And You, I, We, cannot find It

Cannot lose It

We are It

What a beautiful beauty all around us

What a beautiful beauty all around us
It is never too late to change. Everyday is new. Every breath is fresh new air. Life continuously renews itself. why should we not? All it takes is the choice to let go of the past. of that which does not work anymore and embrace the new with openness

Peaceful blessings: all around us;

Peaceful blessings: all around us;
if we are totally free and can see and know absolutely freely, what do we see as the final essence or true nature of reality or all experience?
