How will we treat death?

There was a lot of pain in my knee for the last 6 days. Prayer three times also did not matter. Today, due to the 5'o clock of pain in the morning, I straightened my leg and after praying took my attention to my knees. In 3-4 minutes, the pain disappeared as to what I had to believe - I started doubting from above that I had no pain at all - there was only an illusion. Even after being full, I started bringing more people to my attention, who were suffering some kind of pain. Such as: someone has stomach pain. I could not concentrate on his stomach directly. When I used to meditate on my stomach - then I would feel that person's stomach there, then the attention would go to me, that the laser goes away. Like a laser, the feeling of deep meditation in the middle of my eyes would go out of me into the stomach. Such attention was on my knees.

Which was very difficult to trust. But if the incident is happening, how can you not believe it?

We are all compatible with eternal eligibility and infinite ineligibility. 

As our consciousness awakens, our understanding increases. Or say that we can see far or say that we are uniting with the universe.

A human has such abilities that it can heal itself. We all have seen and also known that as soon as anything gets cut on our body, then how does blood flow. Which causes wound healing. How blood works as medicine and prevents infection. When the body is so awake, protects itself, then how conscious will our consciousness be, ever thought?

When so many precious secrets and experiences of life happen to me today, how do I die in me and then I am born again.

Life is a very secret-precious incident in which we are going through everyday. Such a miracle - such a magic, that existence becomes numb. But we have to wake up - not today or tomorrow. Just as you have to die, you also have to wake up. You won't have to die when you wake up.

When I heal my wound today, how will consciousness not heal death?
While I was going through this experience, suddenly a question was born that it is not that if our body gets cut due to some incident , then such a death is a cut of any incident in our existence. Meaning that death is also a wound?
When we have any injury, then we treat wound, heal wound, if such death is a wound - then whoever means that we have to heal?
If death is not a part of life, it is just a wound - if that too is due to our ignorance and we have to heal it?
Such as: It is not as if we want to get rid of all the pain, and in the same way, death is the deepest and greatest pain - from which we have to get rid?
 I have learned from my experience that when meditation heals wounds and pain, then full awareness surely heals the pain of our death. Then this thought of my situation took me out of all the experiences of death, to have it again.
28 Experience: To whom I have always said that this is the experience of the spiritual realm. Here our attendance is like non-attendance but fully awake. 
There is no body, we are there. 
Not even a mind over there, we are. 
We are not there, but the world.
Meaning that anywhere there is body, mind and world, 
there is pain, sorrow, worry, fear and death.
Is death related to world, death, body, sorrow?

Now to cure this wound, how do I do it?
Experience death
 Are spiritual experiences
Experience of world and body
 so ?
how ?
When ?

 Now this is the question.
This process is very mysterious but very simple.
There are many examples, but I will speak only by giving one example.
Whoever is born with birth - will go with death.
What is found, if it goes away
 So why have we got that, first we just solve this question.
What you have got is a window of desire, when we have seen it - what has appeared, it has been found only for experience.
Experience now.
 Do not close that window,
One last action left.

This is very easy for those who are suffering from pain discomfort. Those who are afraid of death and who want to live life to the fullest.
Death nothing
Pain, worry, tension and fear are nothing, only the mind's game.

हम मौत से पार कैसे हों 

पिछले ७ दिन से मेरे घुटने में बहुत दर्द था। तीन वार प्रर्थना भी की पर कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ा।  आज सावेर के पांच वज़े दर्द के कारण मैंने अपनी टांग को सीधा किया और प्रार्थना करने के पश्चात अपना ध्यान घुटनों में ले गई।  ३-४ मिनट्स में दर्द ऐसे गायब हुआ कि मेरे को भरोसा तो क्या होना था- ऊपर से शक करने लगी कि मेरे कोई भी दर्द नहीं था- सिर्फ एक भरम था। भरम होने के बाद भी मैंने अपने ध्यान में और लोगों को ले के आना शुरू किया, जो किसी न किसी दर्द को सह रहे थे। जैसे: किसी के पेट में दर्द है।मैं सीधा उस के पेट पर ध्यान नहीं रख सकी। जब मैं अपने पेटपर ध्यान ले के जाती -फिर वहां पर उस व्यक्ति के पेट को अनुभव करती तो ध्यान मेरा ऐसे जाता, कि लेज़र जाता है। लेज़र की तरह मेरी आँखों के बीच में से गहरे ध्यान का अनुभव मेरे से निकल कर पेट में जाता।

  ऐसे ही ध्यान मेरे घुटनों पर गया था।

जिस पर भरोसा करना बहुत ही कठिन था।  पर घटना हो रही है तो कैसे न भरोसा करती।

हम सब अनन्त योग्ताएं और अनंत अपात्रताएं का सुमेल हैं।  जैसे जैसे हमारी चेतना जागती जाती है, वैसे ही हमारी समझ बढ़ती जाती है। या कहो कि हम दूर तक देख सकतें हैं या ऐसे कहो कि हम ब्रह्माण्ड के साथ एक हो रहे होतें हैं। 

इंसान में ऐसी योग्यता है कि यह खुद को हील कर सकता है। हम सब ने देखा भी है और जाना भी है कि जैसे ही हमारे जिस्म पर कुछ भी कट लगता है ,तो कैसे खून का बहा बहता है। जिस से ज़ख्म हील होता है। कैसे खून दवा का काम करता है और इन्फेक्शन होने को बचाता है। जब बॉडी इतना अवेयर है, अपने आप को बचाता है तो हमारी चेतना कितनी अवेयर होगी , कभी सोचा ?

जब आज ज़िंदगी के इतने अनमोल रहस्य-मई अनुभव मेरे साथ होतें हैं तो कैसे मेरे में मैं ही मर जाती हूँ और फिर कैसे नई जन्मती जाती हूँ। 

ज़िंदगी बहुत ही रहस्य-मई अनमोल वारदात है, जिस में हम हर रोज़ गुज़र रहें हैं।  ऐसा चमत्कार - ऐसा जादू , कि वजूद सुन्न हो जाता है। पर हम को जागना तो पड़ेगा ही-आज नहीं तो कल। जैसे मरना पड़ेगा वैसे जागना भी पड़ेगा। जब जाग गए मरना भी नहीं पड़ेगा। 

जब आज मैं अपने ज़ख़्म को हील कर लेती हूँ, तो कैसे नहीं चेतना मौत को हील करेगी 
जब मैं इस अनुभव के बीच में से गुज़र रही थी, तो अचानक एक सवाल ने जन्म लिया कि ऐसे तो नहीं कि जैसे हमारे जिस्म पर किसी न किसी घटना के कारण कट लगता है तो ऐसे ही मौत हमारे वजूद पर किसी घटना का कट ही है मतलब कि मौत भी एक ज़ख़्म ही है?
जब हमारे कोई भी ज़ख़्म होता है ,तब हम ज़ख़्म का इलाज़ करतें हैं, ज़ख़्म को हील करतें हैं, अगर ऐसे ही मौत एक ज़ख्म है- तो जिस को भी मतलब यह हुआ कि हम ने हील करना है ?
अगर  मौत ज़िंदगी का हिस्सा नहीं, सिर्फ एक ज़ख्म है -अगर वो भी हमारी नादानी के कारण हम को लगा हुआ है और हम ने उस को हील करना है?
जैसे: ऐसे तो नहीं कि जैसे हम सब दुःख दर्द से छुटकारा पाना चाहते हैं और ऐसे ही मौत एक सब से गहरा और बड़ा दर्द है - जिस से हम ने छुटकारा पाना है?
 मैंने अपने अनुभव से यह जान लिया कि जब ध्यान ज़ख्म और  दर्द को हील कर देता है ,तो ज़रूर पूर्ण होशमंदी हमारी मौत के दर्द को हील करती है।  तब मेरी यह विचार- स्थिति मुझ को मौत के सभी अनुभवों में से, फिर से मुलाकात करवाने के लिए ले गई। 

२८ अनुभव : जिन को मैंने सदा कहा है कि यह आत्मिक-क्षेत्रा  का अनुभव है।  यहाँ हमारी हाज़री, गैरहाजरी जैसी है पर पूर्णरूप से जागती है। वहां पर जिस्म नहीं, हम हैं। वहां पर मन भी नहीं, हम हैं।  वहां पर संसार नहीं, हम हैं। 
मतलब कि यहां कहीं पर भी  जिस्म, मन और संसार है, वहीँ पर दर्द, दुःख ,फ़िक्र, डर और मौत है।
मौत का सम्बन्ध संसार, मौत, जिस्म, दुःख के साथ है ?
अब इस ज़ख्म  का इलाज़ करना है , कैसे  करूँ ?
मौत का अनुभव है 
 आत्मिक अनुभव हैं 
जिस्म और संसार का भी अनुभव है 
 तो ?
कैसे ?
कब ?
 अब यह सवाल है। 
यह प्रकिर्या  बहुत ही रहस्य-मई है पर बहुत ही सरल। 
उदाहरण बहुत है, पर एक ही उदाहरण दे के ही बात करती हूँ। 
जो जन्म के साथ मिला है - वो मौत के साथ चला जाएगा। 
जो मिला है ,अगर वो चला ही जाएगा 
 तो वो क्यों मिला है हम को, पहले हम सिर्फ इस सवाल को हल करतें हैं। 
जो मिला है, वो चाहना का एक झरोखा है, उस में से जब हम ने देखा - जो दिखाई दिया, वो अनुभव के लिए ही वो मिला है। 
अब अनुभव हो गया। 
 वो झरोखा बंद नहीं करना,
एक आखरी एक्शन रह गया। 
दुआ और प्यार का। 

उन के लिए यह बहुत ही सरल है, जो दर्द तकलीफ से थक्क चुक्के हैं। जो मौत से बहुत डरतें हैं  और जो ज़िंदगी को पूरी तरह जीना चाहतें हैं। 
मौत कुछ भी नहीं 
दर्द, फ़िक्र, तनाव और डर  कुछ भी नहीं, सिर्फ़ मन का ख़ेल है। 
 मेरे को आप सब का बहुत प्यार आता है 
आप सब मेरे को नहीं जानते, पर मैं जानती हूँ 
बहुत ऐसे भी होंगे, जो मेरे को मेरे से ज़्यादा जानतें होंगे, उन को मैं नमस्कार करती हूँ
