क्या कभी हम ने किसी की बात सुनी है ?
ज़िंदगी के साधारण से सवाल में ज़िंदगी की गाथा छुपी होती है, ऐसे नहीं कि सिर्फ धार्मिक किताबें ही ज़िंदगी को ब्यान करती हैं। ब्रह्मण्ड की हर चीज़ में अधियात्मिक्ता ही छुपी हुई है। जब हम को वो देखने की कला आ जाती है, तब हम को पता चलता है कि हम कितने मुर्ख थे।
मैं आज देखती हूँ कि ,
मेरे को ब्रह्माण्ड के ओर भी गहरे अद्भुत हिस्से अपने राज़ से वाकिफ करवातें हैं।
उन की क्या ज़रुरत है, मैं उन को कैसे इस्तेमाल करूंगी, क्यों करूंगी,
या सिर्फ जीवन आपने आप की जानकारी ही देता है।
मैं कुछ नहीं जानती, बस यह जानती हूँ कि आज मेरा जीना ओर भी गहरे डायमेंशन में प्रवेश कर गया।
बहुत ही खूबसूरत जीवन को देख रही हूँ। रूह में से चीक भी निकलती है
कि चीक चीक के सब को बता दूँ कि जीवन कितना सूंदर और अनूठा है।
जब जीवन का समझ आती है तो वक़्त की भी पहचान आ जाती है।
आज का वक़्त, जो हम सब का है , यह हम को किस ओर ले के जा रहा है,
इस की समझ जब आती है तो एक अनोखी ख़ुशी का अहसास ही होता है,
किसी डर या गुलामी का नहीं।
अगर इस समझ को समझ कर मैं आपने आप के बारे में सोचूँ कि क्या मैंने कभी किसी की कोई बात सुनी है ? मेरा जवाब नहीं में ही होगा। जब कि मैं साथ देने में बहुत ही अच्छी हूँ।
यहाँ पर बात सुनने के २ मतलब हैं। पहला - किसी की बात को सुनना।
दूसरा -किसी को बात को सुनना, इस लिए भी कहतें हैं कि बात को मान लेना।
सुनना क्या होता है?
सुनना वो होता है जिस की १००% समझ हम में आ जाए।
जैसे कि मैंने आप से कहा कि चलो चलते हैं !
हम ४ लोग साथ बैठें हैं और मैंने कहा कि चलो चलते हैं !
एक उठा अपने घर को चल पड़ा
दूसरा ने पूछा कि कहाँ चलना है ?
तीसरे ने कहा कि चलो चलिए
इन तीन लोगो ने हम को यह बता दिया कि उन की समझ क्या है
सुनना किस को कहतें हैं ?
सही सुनना क्या होता है ?
हम सब ने सदा देखा है कि हम सब के घरबार में अक्सर झगड़ा इस बात पर ज़ियादा होता है
कि जब कोई यह कहता है कि ;
मैंने तो यह कहा ही नहीं था ?
क्या आप ने सुना नहीं था ?
कि मैंने कोई फ्रेंच बोली थी कि आप को समझ नहीं आई ?
जब मैंने बोलै था तो आप ने अच्छी तरह सुना क्यों नहीं था ?
क्या अब मेरी बात की भी समझ नहीं आती ?
हमारे झगडे इस बात से बहुत ज़्यादा होतें हैं , क्योंकि हम को सही सुनना नहीं आता।
सुनना वो होता है , जिस में सब से पहले मुद्दा देखा जाता है कि हम किस मुद्दे पर बात कर रहे थे।
दूसरा ; जो भी मुद्दा था, हम सिर्फ सुनने वाले थे या हम भी हिस्सेदार थे।
यह सिर्फ दो कदम और तीसरा हमारा होता है , जो हम सुनने वाले होतें हैं। मैंने जो यह कहा कि चलो चलते हैं। इस दो लफ़्ज़ों को अब आप तीन लोगों के सवालों को परखो और देखो कि आप का फाइनल जवाब क्या होता है ?
आप हैरान हो जाओगे कि आप को जो जवाब सही लगा ,वोही जवाब गलत लगेगा। जब दो लफ़्ज़ों के सम्बोधन में इतनी ताकत है तो हम सोच ही सकतें हैं कि हम कितनी बाल-बुद्धि के जीव हैं।
अगर हम को हर चीज़ को गहरे तक विचारना आ जाए, तो
यह तीनों जवाब गलत भी हैं और सही भी हैं , तो हम बिलकुल सही पर कैसे निशाना लगाएंगे ?
जब सही सुना होगा। सही सुनना बहुत ज़रूरी है। हम घर के और पड़ोस के लोगों में फ़र्क़ कर सकतें हैं , पर जब घर के लोगों के साथ ही झगड़ा हो तो ? झगडे की ७०% जड़ यही है कि हम को सुनना नहीं आता। जैसे : सुनने के लिए दो सवालों पर नज़र रखनी है वैसे ही सब वार्तालाप के वक़्त हम ने अपने मन को भी बोलने नहीं देना। मन से ज़्यादा ओर कोई भी नहीं बोलता। जब हम चुप के माहौल में से कोई भी वार्तालाप सुनेंगे
तो यहाँ पर एक बहुत ही अनोखी घटना ने घट जाना है।
जैसे जैसे हम वार्तालाप सुनते जाएंगे, वहीँ पर एक रह्सयमई घटना ओर भी घटने लगेगी।
जैसे ही हमने ध्यान लगा कर वार्तालाप को सुनना शुरू किया तो हम को पता भी नहीं चलेगा
कि हम कब और कैसे मानसिक डायमेंशन में से निकल गए ?
आप को पता है कि जो चुप डायमेंशन है यह चेतना-रूप का डायमेंशन है। हम सब है ही आध्यत्मिक-जीव , तो सिर्फ अपनी हर किर्या के प्रति होशमंद रहना है। हम सब धर्म हीं हैं।
ऐसा सोचो कि मैंने किसी को यह कहा कि प्लीज मेरे लिए खाना खाते रहना, नहीं तो मैं कैसे जीऊँगी? देखना मैं मर न जाऊँ, बस खाना खा लेना। अब आप सब कहोगे कि यह
कैसी उदारहण दी है - यह उदाहरण कुछ जची नहीं।
अगर आप ने यही reaction आया, तो यह सवाल मन का है।
अगर आप में यह आया कि उदारहण दी है, पर मेरे को समझ में नहीं आता कि मेरे को समझ नहीं आई, क्यों नहीं - मेरे को पसंद क्यों नहीं आई ? यह सवाल बुद्धिमानी का है। अब आप विचारना शुरू करोगे।
मुझे पता है कि यह उदाहरण कैसी है - पर यहाँ पर यही ठीक है।
ऐसे ही जब कोई भी व्यक्ति आत्मिक-लेवल पर जीता है - उस के लिए यह बात भी कुछ ऐसी ही है, जब कोई यह कहता है कि कैसे सही सुना जाता है। जैसे हम को खाना खाने केलिए दांत और ज़ुबान मिली है वैसे ही हम को कान, आँख, आदि सब हमारे पास हैं, पर हम सब आलसी हैं।
मेरी सोच यह है कि जिस व्यक्ति को अभी तक विचारना ही नहीं आया - वो सब से बड़ा आलसी है। चेतना की तो बात ही छोड़ो। इस व्यक्ति ने अभी तक खुद के मन को भी नहीं उपयोग किया।
यह व्यक्ति दूसरे के मन का ही उपयोग करता होगा।
अब हम अपने सवाल की ओर चलते हैं। हम ने बिना जप तप ,
योग मैडिटेशन के ही चेतना-रूप में दाख़िला ले लिया।
अब आप सब को चाबी की समझ आ गई होगी ?

ध्यान आया तो मन लीन हो गया। चुप लेवल आ गया।
चुप लेवल मतलब कि आत्मिक लेवल। अब हमारा साथी हमारी चेतना है, मन नहीं।

वार्तालाप और चेतना के अब हम गवाह हैं।
अब एक ओर भी बड़ा चमत्कार होगा।
फिर आप को यह भी लगेगा कि यह तो deja vu है।
आप आपने आप में एक
अलौकिक शक्ति का प्रवाह बहता महसूस होगा।
सही सुनना वो होता है,
जब हम सुनते हैं हमारे में उस का अगला कदम और आगे का नतीजा सब साफ़ होता है। आप सब ने यह सुना ही होगा कि पहले कदम में ही आखरी कदम का पता चल जाता है।
यह जो है यह वोही है।
