The root of our disease is our stressful state and condition.
Our anger comes at number 2.
Just as our demerits become the cause of our disease, similarly we all have an environment, how close we are and how far we are in that environment will have an effect. Just like astrology tells us. And we will fall prey to the disease.
How do we escape?
The first and the most important step is that we have to keep our mind healthy.
How can I keep it?
You have understood the situation and condition by knowing it. For us there is no doctor bigger than us and no guru. I am the best doctor and also a teacher for me.

ज़िंदगी में कभी भी फालतू और बेमतलब से कुछ होता नहीं।
मौत का खेल: यह कोई आज का नहीं , मैंने तो बचपन से यही देखा है। जब भी कोई अकेला मरता है तो हम मौत को बस आम हिस्सा समझ के कबूल करतें हैं पर जिस को हम महामारी कहतें हैं, जब बहुत लोग एक साथ मरते हैं तो हम घबरातें हैं। संसार है ही मौत का खेल का मैदान। आज एक खिड़ारी नहीं श्याद ज़्यादा खिड़ारी एक साथ आउट होंगे ,इस लिए हम में एक घबराहट है, कि श्याद हम भी इस खेल से आउट हो जाएंगे।
मैंने बचपन में एक किसी फ़क़ीर की कहानी सुनी थी।
अब इस के आगे की कहानी, आज मैं आप को कहती हूँ। आज जब मैंने सुबह को कंप्यूटर को खोला तो मेरी गूगल के उस हिस्से पर नज़र गई , यहाँ पर coronavirus- usa (COVID-19) के बारे में जानकारी थी।
बहुत सच्ची बात कहना चाहती हूँ।
फ़क़ीर का भरोसा खुदा था और जो लोग सुनने आये थे उन का भरोसा कुछ भी नहीं था।
आम इंसान सिर्फ सोचता है कि मैं खुदा पर भरोसा करता हूँ , यह सिर्फ एक सोच का भरम है। इंसान को तो खुद पर ही भरोसा नहीं, तो वो कैसे खुदा पर भरोसा करेगा ? चाहे हर रोज़ मंदिर, मस्जिद और चर्च में जाता हो। चाहे हर रोज़ नमाज़ पड़े या पाठ करे या पूजा करे। यह सब रोज़-मरा की ज़िंदगी का हिस्सा है , इस में कोई भी किरदार भरोसे का नहीं है।
आज हमारे चारो तरफ एक महामारी की शुरूआत हो रही है, जैसे 1918 में इंडिया में प्लेग हुई थी, मेरा दादा अकेला बचा था, बाकी सब परिवार की डेथ हो गई थी। दादा की आयु10 साल से कम ही थी।
कल कैलिफ़ोर्निया में 8400 नए केसेस आये हैं। फिर से सब काम-धंधा बंद हो रहा है। हम सब डरतें भी हैं , पर हम को यह भी पसंद नहीं कि हम क़ैद महसूस करें। दोनों ही मौत है।
ज़िंदगी में कौन सी ऐसी शक्ति है, जो सब से ज़्यादा काम करती है।
वो है भरोसा।

आपने भरोसे की ओर देखो :
अगर खुदा पर भरोसा है तो घरबराहट होगी ही नहीं , अगर सवाल भी मन में पैदा हुआ तो वो घबरात ही है , फिर हम खुद को खुदा पर नहीं छोड़ेंगे।
घबराहट का मतलब यही है कि भरोसा पूरा नहीं, सो अब हम को बचा करना है।
इस के अनंत जवाब हो सकतें हैं, सब से ज़रूरी यही है कि अगर घबराहट हुई है तो कबूल करो और आपने आप का बचा करो।
उदाहरण :
मान लो कि मेरे को खुदा पर पूरा भरोसा है और मेरे में घबराहट है ही नहीं , सो मैंने आराम से लोगों के बीच जा सकती हूँ, क्योंकि मुझे मौत का भी डर नहीं। यह मैं हूँ। पब्लिक के बीच जाने के लिए मुझे पब्लिक जैसा ही अनुशाशन मान कर जाना होगा। अगर मैं नहीं डरती, इस का मतलब यह नहीं कि मैं कानून को भी नहीं मानूंगी। मेरा भरोसा मेरा है , मेरे लिए है , सो अपनी हद को छोड़ कर दूसरे के घर में वैसे ही घुस नहीं सकती , मेरे को दूसरे को वोही इज़्जत देनी पड़ेगी, जो मैं खुद के भरोसे को देती हूँ।
महामारी क्या है ?
सीधा सा जवाब, वो रोग जो बहुत इंसानों को एक साथ मार दे, मतलब कि 'छूत का रोग ', वो रोग जो एक से दूसरे को हो जाता है।
एक वो रोग होता है जिस को हम कह सकतें हैं कि व्यक्तिगत रोग ,जो भी रोग महामारी बनता है, वो रोग समूहगत रोग होता है।
ज़रा ध्यान से मेरी बात को समझना :
जब मैंने खुद का ख्याल नहीं रखा तो मेरी इस बे-ख़याली ने मेरे जिस्म को रोगी बना दिया, जब हम ने आपने आस-पास का ख्याल नहीं किया तो जो रोग पैदा होगा ,वो ऐसा ही रोग पैदा होगा, जो हम सब का शिकार करेगा।
अगर हमारे में क्रोध है तो क्रोध की कारण क्या है ?
क्रोध : किस स्वभाव का है और यह हम को किस से मिलता है,?
आग और हवा से।
कैसे ?
आग का तापमान कितना है ?
मान लो , ५० डिग्री
यह तापमान मेरी समझ का है
हवा की रफ़्तार कितनी है ?
मान लो , 70 माइल्स प्रति घंटा
मेरी खुद की नेचर का तापमान है यह
और यह मेरी समझ की गति है।

2nd नंबर पर हमारा क्रोध आता है।
जैसे हमारे अवगुण हमारे रोग का कारण बन जाते हैं, वैसे ही हम सब का भी एक माहौल होता है, हम उस माहौल में कितने नज़दीक हैं और कितनी दूरी पर हैं , उस का प्रभाव पड़ेगा ही। बिलकुल वैसे ही जैसे ज्योतिष -विद्या हम को कहती है। और हम महारोग का शिकार हो जाएंगे।
हम ने बचना कैसे है ?
सब से पहला और सब से ज़रूरी एक ही कदम है कि हम को आपने मन को तंदरुस्त रखना है।
कैसे रख सकतें हैं ?
आपने हालात और हालत को देख कर समझ कर जान कर के। हमारे लिए हम से बड़ा कोई भी डॉक्टर नहीं और कोई भी गुरु नहीं। मैं मेरे लिए ही सब से अच्छा डॉक्टर भी हूँ और गुरु भी हूं।
हम को अपने आप को एक ही सीख देनी है कि कहीं पर भी जाना हो, हम तो ही मंज़िल पर पुहंचेगे, अगर हम चलेंगे। चाहे हमारी मंज़िल संसार है या रब्ब है।
