My Pilgrimage
I became my pilgrimage,
when I saw, understood and knew that
every step of mine introduced me to some part of the universe,
whatever the part may be.
1 -) When we are focused on our senses,
we learn at that stage how hard it is to trust,
and
then we become a statue of wonder, tears and smiles.
2-) When there is a yearning in our mind,
first of all, this yearning becomes our question,
then our attention becomes because
'meditation is medicine',
and meditation is needed.
Meditation brings truth and 'where am I'
also brings understanding of it.
3 -) Now 'Here I am',
When I understood this, then it became my situation,
Therefore, many of my actions also ended,
due to which many of my lies also ended.
Then I became even more deeply aware that 'I am here',
So now it has become my position.
4 -) Now I also know where the thought came from.
Through thinking,
I came to know that the emotion also comes from there itself.
When everything comes from somewhere else,
I stopped thinking.
When I got separated from thinking,
I came into my existence.
5 -) Now I realized that I am far away from the idea,
not from the idea.
I am beyond thinking, I am beyond emotion.
This identity started making me travel through the center of the universe.
6 -) Now what did I see? Wow!
I saw that I did not do anything to this day.
This was done by nature. Nature has completed its own nature.
And I am truly fulfilled by this identity of the universe.
7 -) Then that day I said to myself:
"Your journey is starting today, Madam, so I wish you well!"
Because now this is the beginning of my journey,
now my 'I' has to identify itself.

मेरा तीर्थ मेरी 'मैं' है
मेरा तीर्थ मैं ही बन गई ,
जब मैंने देखा, समझ और यह जाना कि
मेरा हर कदम मेरे को ब्रह्माण्ड के किसी न किसी हिस्से से मिलवाता है,
हिस्सा कैसा भी हो।
1 -) जब हम अपनी इंद्रियों पर केंद्रित होते हैं,
तो हम उस अवस्था में सीखते हैं कि भरोसा करना कितना कठिन है,
और फिर हम आश्चर्य, आंसू और मुस्कुराहट की प्रतिमा बन जाते हैं।
2 -) जब हमारे मन में तड़प होती है तो सब से पहले 'यह तड़प' हमारा सवाल बनती है
तो हमारा ध्यान बन जाती है क्योंकि 'ध्यान ही दवा है',
और ध्यान की ही ज़रुरत है।
ध्यान सत्य लाता है और 'मैं कहाँ हूँ', इस की समझ भी लाता है।
3 -) अब 'मैं यहाँ हूँ',
जब यह समझ आ ही गई तो अब यह मेरी स्थिति बन गई,
इसलिए मेरे कई एक्शन भी ख़त्म हो गए, जिस के कारण मेरे कई झूठ भी खत्म हो गए।
तब मैं ओर भी गहरे से जागरूक हो गई कि अब 'मैं यहां हूं',
तो अब यह मेरी अवस्था बन गई।
4 -) अब मैंने यह भी जाना कि सोच कहाँ से आई।
विचार करने से मुझे पता चला कि भावना भी वहीं से आती है।
जब सब कुछ कहीं ओर से ही आता है,
तो मैंने सोचना बंद कर दिया।
जब मैं सोच से अलग हुई तो मैं अपने अस्तित्व में आ गई।
5 -) अब मेरे को ज़िंदगी की वो पहचान हुई कि
मैं विचार से अलग ही नहीं, विचार से बहुत दूर हूँ।
मैं सोच से भी पार हूं, भावना से भी पार हूँ।
इस पहचान ने ही मेरे को ब्रह्माण्ड के सेण्टर से यात्रा करवानी शुरू कर दी।
6 -) अब मैंने क्या देखा ? वाओ !
मैंने देखा कि मैंने आज तक जो भी किया, वह मैंने नहीं किया।
यह प्रकृति द्वारा किया गया था। प्रकृति ने खुद का स्वभाव पूरा कर दिया है।
और ब्रह्मण्ड की इस पहचान से वास्तव में ही मैं पूर्ण हो गई हूं।
7 -) फिर उस दिन मैंने खुद को कहा:
"आज से आप की यात्रा शुरू है मैडम,सो मेरी ओर से शुभ कामना!"
क्योंकि अब यह मेरी यात्रा की शुरुआत है,
अब मेरी 'मैं' ने खुद की पहचान करनी है।
