When my past was like my dream,
this thought became such a cave for me
that I got a diamond like my eternal existence.
- If I tell you that everything is changing every moment, would you agree?
- If I then also say that everything is happening in every moment, do you understand?
- If I again say that the next moment will come, but what will be his appearance, no one will ever know, can you believe this?
This is my three questions to all of you
Today we talk:
- Does our past live forever or not?
If it stays then why, if it does not, then why?
My life is taking me through a very surprising path. There was a time when I used to forget the date and day and forget to take a bath today. After 4-5 days, remember that I have not even taken a bath; Then remember to fix the hair only after a week.
At first, when I looked closely at the worldly and social customs, I did not see any value of these customs in front of the reality of life and today there is no value for my own body.
Let us start today with a very serious incident.
For example, I said that this person made me stupid and took money from me. There will be pain, anger will also come, remorse will also happen, meaning that I will also abuse the moment, the moment I got it. Bad, very bad. Because not only did my heart break, my trust, my hope, my humanity, my thinking, my feelings were also broken. This is a painful accident, which happened to me.
Now the question is:
- Did this accident affect the universe as well?
- Has this effected the person doing bad things?
The question is, how ready are we now to see that what is happening in this moment had any relation to the past, or will it have any relation in the future, or is this incident also related to the universe?
Just as an event arises in the universe, like we too were born and will die. In the same way, whatever happens to us happens to us. There are storms in the nature and spring also.
The flow of time has a powerful meaning. It seems that our present is influenced by our past. Meaning that luck is named and our future will be born from today. We are fully convinced with this confusion, because we have seen how we grew up from childhood to today. For us, our 20 -30 years are years - not years. In fact, the understanding of this sight convinced us. In this game, this is the best goal, which is done by time.
Now let's look at it like this:
When we get closer to your own experience, we see that it no longer exists. Just like: Now you look closely at yourself, look closely at yourself and in your life that you are 3-4 Years ago I went somewhere to roam, and today you sometimes think of it, why? Whatever dream it seems now, this will be such a unique game in the depth of meditation or quiet. You will understand that it was my own thinking, which went to roam and I understood that I have gone. The one whom you have lived and understood to be true, today and now, that is your life, that is your wandering, now you are standing in such a delusion that you are the question. What was true for you, that truth has now become a question for you. Why? how?
- No part of life is finished until we see it fully and understand it, why?
When we make every answer a question, we will enter that question as if we enter a cave. Unknowable and unseen paths fill us with virtues and knowledge.
- That which is passed, when we later go to the same place to see it, then it is not there, meaning that we will feel as if we had only dreamed that nothing had happened. . Then what was it that happened?
- Whatever we look closely at, or look deeply at, why do we see an empty place?
This means that what passes, when we look at it empty, it means that all of it is absorbed. Meaning that we were freed from him and our influence.
Like we are now, me and you:
That I am writing this and what you are reading. When both of us were born, we have already informed that we are dead. Or we have to die. Our death is proved only by our being born.
Now when we die, then what will happen after we die, now we have to see.
How we have to see life, we are also comfortable with it and we have all the support from where to look and whom to see. like :
Through meditation and quiet we can see that part and whenever we have seen that part, at that time we are freed from that part, from the impact of that event. Similar incidents are about death. Whenever we came face to face with death, we were also free from the effects of death.
Now the question remains, what will be our life after death and how will it happen?
Now we can only guess this question, but we can only experience it through silence and meditation.
Every experience of life is very unique and priceless. But there is no word nor example for this experience. Just being silent is the best example. We will have such an experience here that we get from our eternal existence and the spread of that eternal existence is seen as if we have felt at mental and intellectual level that we are the center of the universe. In the eternal existence, we see that the universe is spreading from us. This is a very amazing and miraculous game, seeing this, the person's tongue stops. Because everything is faded or nothing in front of it.

जब मेरा बीता वक़्त ही मेरे को सपने की तरह ही लगा
तो यह ख्याल ही मेरे लिए ऐसी गुफ़ा बन गया कि
मेरे को मेरे शास्वत वजूद जैसा हीरा मिल गया
- अगर मैं यह कहां कि हर चीज़ हर पल बदल रही है , क्या आप मान जाओगे ?
- अगर फिर मैं यह भी कह दूं कि हर पल में हर चीज़ विराट हो रही है, क्या आप समझ लो गे?
- अगर फिर से मैं कहूं कि अगले पल आएगा, पर उस का रूपरंग कैसा होगा, यह कभी कोई नहीं जान पायेगा, क्या आप इस बात पर भरोसा कर सकते हो ?
यह मेरे तीन सवाल आप सब के लिए
आज हम बात करतें हैं :
- क्या हमारा भूतकाल सदा जीवत रहता है या नहीं ?
अगर रहता है तो क्यों, अगर नहीं रहता तो उस फिर क्यों ?
मेरे को मेरी ज़िंदगी बहुत ही हैरानीजनक राह में से ले के जा रही है। कभी ऐसा वक़्त था, जब मैं डेट और दिन को भूल जाती थी और आज नहाना भूल जाती हूँ। 4 -5 दिन के बाद याद आता है कि ओये, मैं तो बाथ लिया ही नहीं ; फिर बालों को ठीक करना तो हफ्ते के बाद ही याद आता है।
पहले तो जब मैंने संसारी और समाजिक रीती-रिवाज़ों को गहरे से देखा तो ज़िंदगी की असलियत के आगे इन रीति-रिवाज़ों का कोई भी मोल दिखाई नहीं दिया और आज खुद के जिस्म का भी कोई मोल नहीं।
चलो आज हम आज की बात बहुत ही गंभीर हादसे के साथ शुरू करतें हैं।
उदाहरण के लिए, मैंने कहा कि यह व्यक्ति मेरे को बेवक़ूफ़ बना के मेरे से पैसे ले गया। दर्द भी होगा, क्रोध भी आएगा , पछतावा भी होगा , मतलब कि मैं उस पल को भी गाली निकालूंगी ,जिस पल वो मेरे को मिला था। बूरा हुआ ,बहुत बूरा हुआ। क्योंकि मेरा दिल ही नहीं टूटा मेरा भरोसा, मेरी आस, मेरी इंसानियत, मेरी सोच, मेरी भावना भी टूटी। यह एक दर्द भरा हादसा है, जो मेरे साथ घटा।
अब सवाल यह है:
- क्या इस हादसे का प्रभाव ब्रह्माण्ड में भी पड़ा ?
- क्या बुरा करने वाले व्यक्ति पर भी इस का प्रभाव पड़ा ?
सवाल यह है कि हम अब यह देखने के लिए कितने तैयार हैं कि इस क्षण में जो हो रहा है उसका अतीत से कोई संबंध था या इस का भविष्य में कोई सम्बन्ध होगा या
इस घटना का ब्रह्माण्ड के साथ भी कोई सम्बन्ध है?
जैसे ब्रह्मण्ड में घटना पैदा होती है ,जैसे हम भी पैदा हुए और मर भी जाएंगे। वैसे ही जो भी घटना हमारे साथ होती है, हम से ही होती है। कुदरत में तूफ़ान भी आते हैं और बहार ऋतू भी आती है,.
समय के प्रवाह का एक शक्तिशाली अर्थ है। ऐसा लगता है कि हमारा वर्तमान हमारे अतीत से प्रभावित है। मतलब कि किस्मत का नाम देतें हैं और भविष्य हमारे आज से पैदा होगा, यह कहते हैं । हम इस भ्रम के साथ पूरे राज़ी होतें हैं ,क्योंकि हम ने देखा है कि कैसे बचपन से ले के आज तक हम बड़े हुए हैं। हमारे लिए हमारे 20 -30 साल , साल हैं -पल नहीं हैं। वास्तव में इस देखनी की समझ ने हम को कायल कर दिया। इस खेल में यह सब से अच्छा गोल है ,जो वक़्त ने किया है।
अब इस को ऐसे देखतें हैं :
जब हम किसी भी आपने खुद के अनुभव के करीब पहुंच जाते हैं, तो हम देखते हैं कि यह अब मौजूद नहीं है।जैसे: अभी आप खुद में गौर से देखो, बारीकी से खुद में और खुद की ज़िंदगी में देखो कि आप 3 -4 साल पहले कहीं पर घूमने गए थे , और आज वो आप को कभी कभी सपना लगता है , क्यों? यह अब जो सपना लगता है, यही मैडिटेशन या चुप की गहराई में एक ऐसा अनूठा खेल लगेगा। आप समझोगे कि यह मेरी ही कोई सोच थी, जो घूमने चली गई और मैंने समझा कि मैं ही गया हूँ। जिस को आप ने सच कर जीया और समझा, आज और अब ,वो ही आप का जीना, वो ही आप का घूमना, अब आप को ही एक ऐसे भरम में ले के खड़ा है कि आप ही सवाल गए। जो आप के लिए सच था, वो सच अब आप के लिए सवाल बन गया। क्यों ? कैसे?
- ज़िंदगी का कोई भी हिस्सा तब तक ख़त्म नहीं होता,
जब तक हम उस को पूर्ण रूप से देख कर समझ नहीं लेते, क्यों ?
हर जवाब को जब हम सवाल बना के उस सवाल में ऐसे घुस जायेगे ,जैसे कि हम किसी गुफ़ा में घुसते हैं। अनजाने और अनदेखे राह ही हम को गुण और ज्ञान से भरतें हैं
- जो बीत जाता है, जब हम बाद में उस को देखने के लिए उसी जगह पर जातें हैं तो ' वो है ही नहीं ', मतलब कि हम को ऐसे लगेगा कि जैसे हम ने सपना ही देखा था,
कुछ भी घटित हुआ ही नहीं था। तो फिर वो क्या था जो घटित हुआ था ?
- हम जिस को भी गौर से देखते हैं, या गहराई से देखते हैं, वो जगह हम को ख़ाली क्यों दिखाई देने लगती है ?
इस का मतलब यह हुआ कि जो बीत जाता है ,जब हम उस को खाली देखते हैं तो मतलब यह हुआ कि वो सब लीन हो गया। मतलब कि हम उस के और वो हमारे प्रभाव से मुक्त हो गया।
जैसे हम हैं अब, मैं और आप :
जो मैं यह लिख रही हूँ और आप जो पढ़ रहे हो। हम दोनों जब पैदा हुए ,हम ने यह पहले ही सूचित कर दिया है कि हम मरे हुए हैं। या हम ने मरना है। हमारा मरना हमारे पैदा होने से ही साबित हो जाता है।
अब जब हम मर जाएंगे, तब हमारे मरने के बाद हम क्या होंगे, अब यह देखना है।
ज़िंदगी को कैसे हम ने देखना है, यह भी हम को सहूलत मिली हुई है और हम ने कहां से देखना है और किस को देखना है , यह सब सहूलत हमारे पास है। जैसे :
मैडिटेशन और चुप के द्वारा हम उस हिस्से को देख सकते हैं और जब भी हम ने उस हिस्से को देख लिया, उस वक़्त ही हम उस हिस्से से, उस घटना के प्रभाव से मुक्त हो गए। ऐसे ही हमारी घटना मौत के बारे में हैं। जब भी हमारा और मौत का आमना-सामना हो गया तो हम मौत के प्रभाव से भी मुक्त हो गए।
- अब सवाल रह गया कि फिर मौत के बाद हमारा जीवन क्या होगा और कैसे होगा ?
अब हम इस सवाल का अनुमान तो सहजे ही लगा सकतें हैं
परन्तु इस का अनुभव हम सिर्फ चुप और मैडिटेशन के द्वारा ही कर सकतें हैं।
ज़िंदगी का हर अनुभव बहुत ही निराला और अनमोल है। पर इस अनुभव के लिए कोई भी लफ्ज़ नहीं और ना ही कोई उदाहरण है। बस चुप रहना सब से अच्छी उदाहरण है। हमारा यहां पर एक ऐसा अनुभव होगा जो हम को हमारे शास्वत वजूद से मिलता है और उस शास्वत वजूद का फैला ऐसे दिखाई देता है, जैसे कि हम ने मनसिक और बौद्धिक लेवल पर वो अनुभव किया था कि हम ब्रह्माण्ड के सेण्टर हैं। शास्वत वजूद में हम देखते हैं कि ब्रह्माण्ड का फैला हमारे से ही हो रहा है। यह बहुत ही अद्भुत और चमत्कारी खेल है, इस को देख कर व्यक्ति की जुबां बंद हो जाती है। क्योंकि इस के आगे सब फ़ीका है या कुछ है ही नहीं।
