२-) भुब : यह पंजाबी बोली का शब्द है, यह मेरे को Google में मिला नहीं , सो मैं नहीं जानती कि इस को मैं हिंदी और इंग्लिश में क्या कहूँ। 'भुब ' का मतलब कि दिल खोल के रोना , दिल से रोना, और जब भी हम दिल से रोयेंगे और हमारा जितना दर्द गहरा होगा, उतना ही हम फिर ज़ोर से रोयेंगे।
हम सब ने देखा ही है कि जितने बादल काले होतें हैं, पानी से भरे होतें हैं, जब आपस में टकरातें हैं तो कैसे गरज़तें हैं और साथ कैसे बिजली चमकती है? दूसरी बात भी याद रखने के काबिल है।
जितना गहरा तूफ़ान होता है, जब तूफ़ान थम जाता है तो वातावरण में उतनी ही शांत और चुप आ जाती है।
ठीक ऐसे ही ज़िंदगी है।
जितना गहरा इंसान को दुःख आता है, तो जब बादल छट जातें हैं तो सूर्य की चमक और कुदरती वातावरण में निखार भी वैसा ही आता है। दुःख वो होता है, जो व्यक्ति की जीने की राह को बदल देता है।
अगर हम दुःख महसूस करते हैं, और बहुत दुखी हैं, पर हमारी राह नहीं बदली तो दुःख दुःख नहीं था,
बस एक तकलीफ थी, जो चली गई।
'भुब ' का नाता दुःख के साथ है, तकलीफ के साथ नहीं। 'भुब ' हमारी दुःख भरी ज़िंदगी की आखरी गर्जना होगी।
ऐसे हो सकता दुःख के वक़्त हम ३-४ बार 'भुब ' मारें, बादलों की तरह;
पर आखरी होगी , जो हमारी राह को बदलेगी ही।
'भुब', चाहे कोई लफ्ज़ ही है, अगर हम ने ज़िंदगी की गहराई को भी कोई नाम दिया है
तो वो भी बहुत गहराई वाला होगा और विशाल होगा।
जब आप ने ऐसे ही किसी लफ्ज़ को भी विचारना शुरू किया
तो वो खुद के वजूद की विराटता को महसूस करा देगा।
ऐसे ही 3 लफ्ज़ 'रिश्ते' है ,
मतलब कि 'रिस जाना ' एक दूसरे में लीन हो जाना।
सही मतलब 'रिश्ते ' लफ्ज़ का मतलब भी प्यार है , एकता है।
चाहे रिश्ता संसारी हो या अधियात्मिक हो।
मतलब है कि हम किसी के साथ भी जब एक होते हैं,
और उस एकता में से जब प्यार बहता है, प्यार की तरेंगे संसार के आभा-मंडल को तंदरुस्त करती हैं।
पहला लफ़ज़: 'भूल' हम सब आज भी एक भूल हैं,
हम को हमारी ही समझ नहीं, हम को कुछ भी याद नहीं।
' खुद को भूलना ही सब से बड़ी भूल है'
'भुब ':यह बदलती राह की एक निशानी है।
जितना भी कोई भी व्यक्ति ज़ोर से रोता हो, अगर ज़िंदगी की दिशा नहीं बदली
तो वो ज़ोर से रोना एक बच्चे का रोना था और कुछ भी नहीं।
रिश्ता: किसी के साथ भी हो, अगर उस रिश्ते में हम लीन नहीं हुए, तो हम ने रिश्ते को समझा ही नहीं।
हम को लगता है कि हम ने माँ-बाप, बहन-भाई को प्यार किया है ,
यह प्यार नहीं, बस अपनेपन की एक मोहर है, जो समाज में काम आती है।
मेरी इस बात मान लेना कि आज तक हम को प्यार की पहचान है ही नहीं,
-हम को पता ही नहीं कि प्यार है क्या ?
इस का सबूत ख़ुद को यह सवाल कर के दे सकते हैं।
- क्या मेरे को पता होश क्या है ?
सुंदरता से प्यार का बीज अंकुर होता है और होश से प्यार की यात्रा का आगाध होता है।
प्यार एक दुआ है।प्यार एक खज़ाना है, जिस से अधियात्मिक्ता की शुरुआत होती है।
गहरी उदासी या गहरे दुःख की बंजर ज़मीन पर से ही इस बीज की शुरूआत होती है।
जब मैंने देखा कि:-
'मैं सिर्फ एक भूल ही हूँ , तो मेरे गिरती ईगो की 'भुब' ने मेरे को ब्रह्माण्ड की रिश्तेदार बना दिया ‘
चमत्कारी क्षमता:
प्यार का बीज अंकुर होना बहुत ही चमत्कारी योग्यता है।
अगर प्यार जीवन का स्वभाव है तो सुंदरता जीवन का रूप है।
- क्यों हम सब को सकारात्मिक लफ्ज़ पसंद ने ?
जैसे प्यार, भरोसा, सुंदरता, एकता, ख़ुशी, शान्ति, सुख, दुआ, आदि।
क्यों कि यह हम सब का असली रूप है और हर किसी को आपने खुद के घर में ही आराम मिलता है।
सुंदरता की खोज हमारी वो खोज है , जो हम को यह बता दे कि हम ऑब्जेक्ट नहीं है।
प्यार की खोज हमारी वो खोज है ,जो हम को बता दे कि हम सब एक ही सब्जेक्ट हैं।
- हम कभी भी नकारत्मिक लफ्ज़ को भी पसंद नहीं करते , क्यों?
क्योंकि नकारत्मिक लफ्ज़ से ही तो हम सब के टुकड़े हुए हैं।
जब हमारे दिल में सुंदरता का जन्म होने लगता है,
तो भी चीज़ या ज़िंदगी का जो भी हिस्सा हमारे दिल को तोड़ता है,
किसी से भी अलग करता है, वो गायब होने लगता है।
और हमारे में ही एक तीर्थ बनना शुरू हो जाता है,
जो कि सम्पूर्ण ब्रह्माण्ड को ही हमारे लिए रब्ब का घर बना देता है।
